Palmora
Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Adanie LLC ("we") for the Palmora app and palmora.io. By using Palmora you accept them.
1. Entertainment only
Palmora is for fun and reflection. Readings, scores, match results, Daily Palm messages and Palm Cards are generated by AI from palm-reading traditions. They are not facts or predictions and are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or relationship advice. Do not make important decisions based on them.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Only scan your own palm, or another person's palm with their permission.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Palmora Annual is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews each year at the price shown at purchase unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in your Google Play or App Store account settings. A Match Report is a one-time purchase that unlocks the full report for one pair of palms. Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies; nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no scanning other people without consent, no using Palm Cards to harass anyone.
5. Your content
Your photos are processed and discarded as described in our Privacy Policy. Palm Cards you create are yours to share.
6. Our content
The app, its design, text and Palm Sigil system belong to Adanie LLC. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some laws don't allow these limits; where that is so, they apply only as far as permitted.
8. Changes and ending
We may update the app or these terms; we will update the date above and tell you of material changes. You can stop using Palmora at any time.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
